Every August, more than 30 people convene on the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus for our annual review of the Federal Tax Workbook. Attendees include Tax School staff, instructors, authors, reviewers, and stakeholders from across the country, and our sole mission is to make the Workbook the best teaching tool and tax resource for practitioners to use each fall and beyond. Each year. It is the main teaching resource for University of Illinois Tax School’s Fall Tax School and other programs put on by other CE providers nationwide.
Below are interviews with six of our reviewers, who offer their perspectives on the review process and why it results in an outstanding workbook tax practitioners can use in their practice.
