The University of Illinois Foundation will share an update on key provisions outlined in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) that your clients may want to consider as strategies for year-end tax planning and into 2026. The webinar will focus on how the changes brought about by OBBBA impact charitable giving strategies, exploring the implications for both itemizers and non-itemizers. It will also provide a technical overview of deduction caps, estate tax enhancements, and more. Regardless of where your clients want to make a charitable impact (their local school, church, food bank, alma mater, etc.), this webinar will equip you with actionable insights to proactively advise clients and optimize charitable outcomes under the new tax law.
