Chris Korban

Chris Korban began working with Tax School as an author and reviewer in 2023.  Prior to that, he worked in public accounting for nine years, preparing income tax returns for individuals and businesses, and specializing in fiduciary taxation.  He has since worked for the University of Illinois and BankChampaign before starting his current position of Director of Estate Administration for the University of Illinois Foundation. Chris received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accountancy at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He was born, raised, and currently resides in Champaign, Illinois.
